Nice tools there! This is actually my “exact starter kit”. The Table saw is a Delta X5, Model no. 36-451X with Biesemeyer fence. It was worth about $1000 new when it was sold in early 2000’s. Yes, it is very easy to adjust. Its a good fence. No concern concerning age, as long as the motor runs fine.
The router is a porter cable 690 valued at about $140 new. Great, basic router too.

I would heartily agree that $500 for the package deal sounds good. You could justify your price reduction based on the fact that it’s obviously used, and the leg kit and extension table seems to be off or missing. (These wouldn’t be hard for you to make!) Some people say you shouldn’t pay more than 40-50% of the mew price for used, and this falls in that range.
