+1 Only want to read hands on reviews after using the product for awhile.

+1 Glad you like your new tool/toy. Remember a ‘REVIEW’ is supposed to review a tool or product, not show us how it arrived, or how happy you are you bought it. If you want to share your happiness, go ahead – post a new blog series, or start a new forum thread; but DO NOT POST AN EMPTY REVIEW!

+1 ‘Watch this video’ posts are total waste of bandwidth, nothing more than self advertising video channels, or worse yet – can be dangerous.

I NEVER click any link to watch a video inside a forum post, UNLESS

#1) originator takes time to type up a summary paragraph that interests me in video contents,

#2) There are follow on comments in review that video is useful, and it is not a SPAM/TROLL link.
Administrators do a great job here, but it can take 24 hours for bad links or spam to be cleaned up, and I do not want to be a victim.

Thanks for asking for opinions. Been curious if I was only one bothered by useless video only reviews.
