I’m a bit confused about your design. I see holes in the face of the side rail. I assume those are to access the nut. If that’s the case, then it’s a conventional design. I’d use two bolts per connection.

Why not make the tenon larger and just drill through it for the bolt holes?

Also, your bolt lengths seem way too short to me. Aren’t you bolting through the legs and into the rails? You’d need like 4-6” bolts for that, depending on the leg thickness.
