If you’re willing to spend $1800-ish, why not go for an Oneida 3HP V3000 (or a similar sibling) – but I’m guessing you certainly looked at this one and the footprint is just too big? Oneida are usually among the best rated. Expensive, but it only hurts once.

If you just want to get a 100 extra CFM, you could think of: getting a bigger blower motor & impeller & increasing ductwork to 5” or better 6”. A 20’ run + elbows on 4” pipe adds a lot of resistance. 6” pipe would about cut the static pressure loss in half, but you need a big enough blower to move the air quickly enough.

Have you run the # through a calculator? Or called Oneida for help? I hear they can help with the design.
