Normally I would stick with: Buying Bosch jig saws and Dewalt Miter Saws.

That is always a good rule. But, if you want to save space, I have seen plenty of reviews on the Bosch buy real carpenters that say this is really a great compact solution and reliably accurate. I looked a little more and did not see anything that would encourage me to pass on it.

I don t think of these types of saws as finish work tools. I have a Dewalt I bought in 2002 and I cannot see any reason it cannot go for 16 more years which is unfortunate, because this Bosch looks like a great tool.

My brother and I are debating whether to keep the dewalt miter saw or sell it and get a new Bosch. The dewalt has been a reliable tool for us either for over 8 years. Guess we’ll see if we really need a better space right after we finished installing the new rack and tonneau covers on the truck and move it at the outdoor garage.
