You have what looks to be a pretty wide rail on the bottom of that cabinet door. I suspect that’s hiding the fact that when you open the door you don’t see the wiring for the lights and power outlet strip because the inside of the cabinet has a bottom that allows for the hiding of the wiring. And that’s what he’s referring to w.r.t. false bottom.
