Ya I have a lot of experience with this saw and the router wing. This has been a pretty good saw for me and I have done a lot of upgrades over the last year. The cast iron router wing has bolt patterns that do not line up with any routers currently in production that I have seen. I did re drill the router wing for a Bosch 1617 without issue and more recently I made a custom aluminum adapter plat that is attached underneath the wing using the original 4 bolt pattern and the plate has the bolt pattern for my Bosch 1618 plunge base that I installed a Router Raizer to. I think the adapter plate is probably the best option for many of the newer routers out there due to the limited size of the cast iron mounting pads on the under side of the cast iron wing. I went on the router technologies website and printed out a lot of the router base plate bolt patterns trying to figure out what would or wouldn’t work.
