First that is considered a 12/14” saw and you can get most anything in 12” that you can buy in 10” without having to search or go to an industrial blade.

That is an excellent saw, in great shape well worth the money. It and the Delta 12/14 are better saws than the Uni and PM66. My only reservation is I won’t own a table saw anymore that does not have a riving knife but if that weren’t an issue for me the PM 72 is a great saw if you have the extra room.
