1) Never worried much about it, it in the neighborhood of 400#. I imagine the wieght varies a little with the number of cast iron extensions bolted to it, along with some other minor stuff….maybe that’s why it wasn’t published.
2)I used the Delta base made for it and the 52” table and really liked it.
3) I lifted mine with an engine hoist and nylon slings under the table top, If the boards are under the base seems like they would be in the way trying to slide the base under it.
4) I have this one and it was given to me. Not sure I would buy one since a good saw blade will do just fine. You need to set the square so it doesn’t touch the teeth, just the plate.

Lastly, congrats…it is a lifetime saw.
