It looks like a fairly simple design that you could probably work out yourself. There are two critical elements in a rocker like this, the balance point on the curved bottom and the angle of the back relative to the seat….usually 10 degrees up to 12 degrees…. the latter is more critical on a real chair. Drawing the plan on a 1” grid (graph paper type) will also help.
I would suggest making a test out of MDF and then use it as a pattern for the final product. I did this for a child size chair I made.
