I have the same HF DC.
I use the Rockler dust right fittings.
Here is a link to a starter kit.

It has fittings for a 4” hose to 4” tool, and also 4” hose to 2.5” tool.
It works well for me.
HF has the best deal on 4” hose if you need more of that.
