If a medicine works, it isn’t called “Alternative Medicine”. Lots of people react differently to different medications. The FDA is chartered to work with pharmaceutical companies to ensure maximum effectivity of medicines. Stuff happens. Just an example- I can eat peanut butter, but some people can actually die from eating it. Our bodies are different enough that not every medication is going to work well on every person. The FDA is not the bad guy, here.
