unless you plan on making dado’s a full 3” deep
that would be pretty hard to justify
it seems to me

the extra room needed for this blade would be
hard to find in some saws
as they might rub on some parts inside
and you would need a special insert for them

this is a forrest dado with a 5/8” bore

and the extra diamiter would bog the motor down
