I would use a urethane glue, aka, Gorilla glue the glue affect is similar to epoxy with less mess. Be sure to clamp or put pressure on the parts as urethane glue expands as it cures. Put a thin coat of the glue on one part and wipe the other side of the glue joint with a damp towel just before you put them together; the glue cures with water. if there is any squeeze out leave it until it hardens (it swells up like foam) then it can scrape right off. Don’t get this stuff on your fingers it will turn them black if you don’t clean it off right away.
