Thanks for the recommendations so far.

Henry. I find that letting them soak, if even for 10 minutes gets it much deeper than several coats wiped on. They look the same but my wiped on boards would dry out much quicker. I just dunk then wipe off the excess.

So far the developing trays and the mortar mixing trays are the most promising. I don’t have room for a big slop sink unfortunately. I would love to have one anyway for cleanup of paint and other messy stuff without having to use the kitchen.

I appreciate the compliments on my work. I could build something but I was hoping for the convenience of a plastic tub so I could easily get it out of the way when not in use.
