Can you put fenders over the wheels without breaking the rules? I cut out a Porsche 928 for him to sand, seal, paint & assemble but it would look far better without open wheels.

For us, at least, the only thing listed in the rules is the maximum width, which is the width at the outside of the wheels. As long as the fenders don’t extend past the edge of the wheels , it should be ok. To get the proportions of the jeep correct, I’m taking some material off the front and back, so that’s what I’m planning to use to build them. I was actually going to try a prototype this weekend before wrecking the “official” chunk of wood. If I make progress on it, I can post it.
