It really is cool. I’m not sure what it weighs but it took a tractor to haul it from the woods. We estimated it’s around 600+ pounds. The big wheel would barely turn when we started…it took all we had to turn it. Now it will make 3-4 revolutions with a modest turn. And it was nearly square when we reassembled it, with nonadjustments. It’s exactly 4’X4’ inside the Clamp. We are still puzzled by the name “…Drawer Clamp”. I guess they made larger drawers back in the 50s. We don’t know exactly when it was made…but the Hamby Company was opened in 1905 (?) and closed in the mid 50s. Really interesting. If anyone has more or better info please share. Thx!
