everything possible should be on wheels.

if you want the table saw to be stationary, that could be just off the center of the walk-in aisle.
my friend cut a trap door in the wall right behind his table saw to accommodate those extra long boards.
he had the braces on the outside to catch the run out. he was a boat builder and dealt with long stuff regularly.
