Check your local codes in regards to spraying automotive paints, they are dangerous and just the smell can set outsiders’ tempers flaring. All it takes is one grumpy neighbor to cause a citation. One of my rental customers decided to spray a car while I was gone, and, luckily, I got off with a warning. My shop is zoned light industrial. I have a feeling residential would be much more stringent. That renter was sent packing.
