Looking for a way to sharpen carbide tool bits for my metal lathe, I bought a diamond wheel for one of my 6 inch variable speed grinders. A 3/4 wide by 6 inch diameter wheel, with a perforated metal diamond impregnated surface cost $130 from McMaster-Carr. It’s fabulous. Would work wonders on a carbide lathe tool.
