I have sent mine out and they come back great. Now where did I send them??? Can’t remember, but Forrest, Ridge Carbide and many others will do a “better than new” job and you will be very happy. If you have a router bit or saw blade that you use a lot, send it out, cheaper than new and actually sharper than new. I even send out Freud blades ($20 to sharpen vs $30 new may not sound like that good a deal, but they do come back sharper than new). If you have a 80t miter blade and you have lost a tooth or two, you don’t even have to replace it and it will still cut great when sharpened. If you have lost 4 or 5 teeth, sure it matters, but just one out of 80, you can’t tell.
