Unless you hit it with a tool absolutely nothing. Each screw will take over 2000 lbs in shear (sideways) load so three can lift a car with room to spare. In tensile (pulling) you can’t put on enough load going into wood to even stretch it. Same with fatigue. You’ll ruin the drive slots before you damage the actual screw. Unless you hit it with a tool.
