A 3HP cabinet saw is kind of ground zero for serious hobbyist furniture making IMO. Grizzly will be at the low end of the quality spectrum, and Powermatic and Sawstop ICS near the top. Beyond that you’re into Euro sliders – even higher quality and big money. I’ve done fine with my Grizzly cabinet saw but it is one of few Grizzly’s that I haven’t sold off and upgraded. The key is cabinet saw. They’re heavier with better trunions, more power and usually better fence systems…but the fences are easily upgraded if you have issues.
