I have been using Freud LU86 thin kerf general purpose 40 tooth blade for almost everything lately. It rips and crosscuts hardwoods well.

I used to make rip cuts with a 24 tooth dedicated ripping blade. The cuts were not the cleanest, and crosscuts were poor quality so I switched to the 40 tooth blade. It works great for me, but I’m not cutting wenge either.
