I just got off the phone with Woodcraft and they said they would exchange it or refund my money without question.

It’s not nearly as bad as some planes I have purchased (ala Anant) and it’s still light-years better than my old Stanley 71-1/2, but it’s the worst thing I have ever seen from LN. I was sure it was just a bad apple. Just curious to see if anyone else has had a similar problem.
