Here is how I would approach it …

I would cut the 30 degree cut first—that will be used to determine the length of the board. If the 45 is cut first, then the length of the board changes when the 30 is cut—to me, it would harder to get the length that I wanted after making the 30 second cut.

Now it is making a few test cuts on the 30 degree cut … A stop board can be used to push the board against, and the depth of the miter saw adjusted so that it does not cut into the stop board. The 45s can all be cut against the stop board and should all be the same.
