Hi Kenny,
I checked the pricing on woodweb and find it is way off from my actual market. I sell my clear kd walnut for 1/2 of the wood price stated at $3/bdft, but it is only $4.50/bdft locally by competitors, my 8/4 kd red oak for 25% more than the market price, $4/bdft, and our clear kd 6/4 red oak for $3/bdft. I think you are better off getting a quote since some lumber suppliers are more than willing to send photos and ship stock. It really seems to be who you know, where you are located, and how much they want to move their stock.
