No Burr might just be a piece of dust but out side diameter measure 15.8 mm and inside on hole of blade measures 15.8 mm. With that said, you would need a press to get it on there. Have tried 2 different brand blades a Diablo and a Bosch with same result I assume the Makita blade that originally came with my slide miter may just be worn and is very tight but can be put on with a little pressure around hole. My thought is to run some polishing sand paper maybe 800 up to a 1500 grit on the arbor and see if I can pull off a fraction. also figure I will have to have machine running to get whatever comes off even all the way around.

Thoughts?
