I did a blog on restoring an old (green) PM141. The date was hand written on a label behind the top door.

I spent around $500 for the saw and new parts to do a full restore. If the saw you are thinking about is in excellent condition (tires, bearings, blade guides, etc). I’d set $500 as a ceiling. More typical condition would put it at $3-$400 (note: these are what I’d consider spending).

A 6” jointer would maybe be $200 unless it had long tables or some other redeeming feature.
