I don t recall seeing one before that inserts the
router and circular saw in the same hole.
While it s certainly possible to do it that way,
the router sub-base might have to be larger
than you really want to allow the saw sub-base
to drop through the same hole.

Here s a video of the sort of thing some people
do, especially in countries where stationary
woodworking machines are very expensive.

Thanks for the reply, yes I know what you mean about the base, I’m already thinking the router could go in from the top but the saw would have to be mounted from the bottom of the table top.
I watched the video, it was great, I was hopping to see how he was going to do his fences for the router and the circular saw at the end.
