Well as much as I would love to have a little bit of extra cash to catch up on bills, I can’t. This is the first VINTAGE plane I bought, it’s the start of my collection. I have other cheap-oh’s that are more modern planes, but as you all know do not hold a candle to any of the vintage tools. I went back to the flea market where I purchased this one and there are two more planes and a vintage draw knife I have my eyes set on. A Stanley plane , a Sergeant plane. I thought I saw WARD stamped on the draw knife but I may be wrong. It appears to be possibly an 8 or 10 inch knife with folding handles. Some surface rust, but still has a fairly sharp edge still. There is a bailey wood plane that the wood sole is pretty far gone, the cast pieces and Iron still look in decent shape, I thought about picking it up and maybe finding someone to make me a body.
