Do you have any ideas yet? Size? Thickness?

It doesn’t seem like it would be too difficult to take the concept from the ones using chains and add a pair of legs that fold up… If you make the bar top thick enough, you could route out space in the bottom for the legs to fold into so it would be smooth when folded up. Wood is strong in compression so you wouldn’t need overly beefy legs to support it.

Use a pair of Neodymium magnets to hold the legs in place and just put a little notch to get a finger under to unfold?
