Thanks for the tips. My drum is sealed so I’ll have to cut the top and make a lid. I planned to use either door foam or a bike inner tube I have boxed laying around.

I definitely want to go with a hose from the bottom of the SDD to the lid so it’s easier to empty.

I think I’m just going to run 4” schedule 40 pvc around the shop. Can it be stretched enough to fit over the black regular dust hose fittings with the boiling method? Sorry for high jacking PMH.
