Big Daddy Pattern Bit!

Custom router bit made of cobalt, 1/2″ shaft, 1-1/8″ diameter, 2″ cutting length, 6 flute spiral, 3/8″ bearing, overall height is around 4-1/2″. We recommend using a router speed of 13,000 rpm with this bit. With 6 flutes, the cutters comes around very quickly. Remember to always use a blade guard. Smooth cuts every time, with or against the grain.

Combine this with our big daddy dust hood and guard.

That’s a tough call as I’ve never used a cobalt router bit and William Ng doesn’t sell lower end products.

I’d go with Whiteside as I’ve had great results with them:
