That is a pretty good deal. Did you send them a digital file they ran through the CNC or did you have to work with them to come up with a design? When you mounted the soldering iron, did you mount it perpendicular to the back or parallel with the badk? I ask ‘cause I am wondering if one orientation tor the other may make for a better heat transfer from the iron to the brass. I would think that one it got hot it could do a number of brands before it needed to be reheated again.
