It’s a workhorse of a planer in great shape, but $300 is steep IMO. When new, it was under $400, possibly well under, but it had a warranty and return privileges at that time, none of which are of any value now. If you could agree on $250 or less before you go look I’d consider it, but man that’s a long drive for a benchtop planer.

The DW734 new with warranty at $359 is no slouch.
