Getting the 8” capacity is a huge upgrade. I have found good workarounds with an 8” jointer and 13” planer, so that I can accurately mill 12” wide boards.

I have the Delta DJ-20, which is a dead ringer for the Grizzly 490. It is a great tool, but a step up in price from the model you linked. I’m sure that one will work fine.
