I tried using a 3 jaw pulley removal tool, which probably would have worked fine except the one I rented from auto zone had a bent rod. The bent rod caused the jaws to pull unevenly on the bearing, and the puller also caused the end of the arbor to mush down to where the bearing can’t even come off anymore.

-- Don't think outside the box. The box was never there.
