I’m running a 141” 1 inch 2/3tpi trimaster on my 1950’ish 20” Rockwell. My tension? I’d describe as “tight enough” lol. On cross cuts, it’ll destroy anything it its path. On ripping 12” walnut logs, it’s a slow going blade. I just chalked it up to hardness of the stock. My bandsaw has a wimpy motor for it’s size, so I’m always trying not to strain it. I thought my 141 was expensive; I feel sorry for you guys;)
