With out doing a video, you take a square piece of stock, lets say 3/4 sq, then you use a 3/8 round over and run all 4 sides, staying just a slight hair below center, so the bearing has some thing to run on, then you drill a 1/4 piece of plate steel with a 3/4 bit, and drive the rung thru it and you got it .
