I use a 12’ trailer to do most of my hauling. It has steel sides, so there is no worry about losing a load. Once in a while a pickup would be handy, but most of the loads I haul wouldn’t fit in a pickup. The trailer has the added benefit of a ramp for hauling stationary tools, or anything with wheels.

Any folding bed extenders available for your truck?
