AFAIK, Dayton is now owned and distributed by Graingers – and I have seen people trying to get parts and support from them with mixed success. The “Made in China” label also jumped out at me :)

It’s probably worth that price to someone, but I wouldn’t pay that much for an off brand imported Asian saw with limited support when there are plenty of much more desirable saws out there, like this Unisaw in your area – asking $475 – no pictures though. Or this one with an asking price of $575. You could probably get both of those prices down a bit more. If those don’t look appealing, there will be dozens more along shortly if you are patient!
