Jim, another way to get an idea is to look on Craigslist and see what other woodworkers are selling cherry at in your area. You are not too far from central Kentucky and I pay from $0.30 for cherry at auctions to $3.40 for FAS grade kiln dried material from my regular supplier. If I can catch him with some that he really needs to get rid of I can get FAS grade for $2.40 a b.f.
