Wayne and Lew have an excellent suggestion.

Also, how old are they? Even items that are not used alot will break down from age….(for example – My grandmother had a car she hardly used….I had to replace all the belts, hoses, plug wires and points…etc… when they would rot from sitting around in the garage.) All tools have items that will degrade with age – with used machines you should always determine the age…and look at the belts, mounts, hoses, and internal items (gears, etc as they may have rusted from sitting around – especially if the area they are located has alot of humidity).
