I did try resolving the problem by calling cmt and complaining about poor quality.Yes I could take the bits back,and may yet.When a company puts their name on something like cmt who has always had good products,it should work and I should not have to return it.The rep I talked to indicated they we’re aware of the forstener bit problem.So much for quality control.
