Something’s wrong here.

What is your depth of cut? It sounds like you’re taking a pretty big bite.

In general theory, the knife height should be very close to the height of the outfeed table, and the infeed table about, say, a 64th below that.

The knives should be parallel to the outfeed table surface and the knives should all be the same height.

Going from those basic requirements, is there anything in what you have that doesn’t seem to fit?
