I looked at the manual, and your machine is almost exactly the same as a Grizzly G0490 (which I have), except the Grizz is 8” wide and 4-knife. There is no mention in my manual of a particular height of outfeed table above the cutterhead; it only says the outfeed table must be parallel, crosswise, to the cutterhead and tangent to the knife arc. What I did initially was to leave the outfeed table where it was set from the factory, check it for parallel, then remove and reset the knives carefully to match it. If you like, I can measure the height this evening. In the meantime, try the .040 or even .060 and see what happens. What kind of measuring tools are you using? Can you describe your blade setting procedure?

Edit: I see you have a Oneway gauge. That’s what I use. Should be fine.
