1) No, I wouldn’t pay that for the setup, even with the extras

2) Maybe, depends on what price range they are thinking

3) Good saw, same as the Grizzly 1023, IIRC. Only saving about $300 over the new Grizz and no warranty.

4) 22116 is a Craftsman model #, not a Steel City model #. Same manufacturer, so not really a major issue. A good hybrid saw, but honestly, if I had 220v power available, I’d spend the extra $200 on the Shop Fox 3HP cabinet saw.
