One other method is to use a taper tap and not run the tap all the way out the other side. This will
let the bolt cut it own threads in the last section and insure la snug fit. If you need a real strong and
tight reusable thread-the bolt will be taken out and reinstalled repeatedly-then the epoxy is a good idea,
or something like this:

for real strong threads.
