I own the Rikon 14” and love it. It has about 11 or 12” of resaw capacity (can’t remember). It takes up very little floor space, but I can resaw a 1X12 board. Woodworkers Journal named it a “Best Buy” I’ve owned it for a little over 2 years. One of the guide bearings did seize up last year, but I found a set of replacement bearings (6 total) for about $18 on the internet. Now I have a bunch of roller bearings in case something happens. I also replaced the rubber tires last month, but after 2 years of use, I don’t mind doing a little maintenance. You should definitely check it out.
